This is my second project with Supercool, and it happened again: rather than a supplier/client relationship it feels like a collaboration with a team that cares as much as we do about the end result. And the result is an elegant, clear and flexible website.
Charlotte Gross – Director of Audience and Media, National Theatre of Scotland
It has been a pleasure to work with Supercool from start to finish. We now have a site that is not only bang up-to-date but hugely adaptable for our future business needs.
Alice Wheeler – Head of Marketing, Bristol Old Vic
Cog made the somewhat daunting process of a brand new website not only easy and stress-free, but positively enjoyable, and all the team were such a pleasure to work with.
Richard Matthews – Head of Marketing and Development, Graeae
Fly a Kite have been integral to helping the Donmar devise a clear brand strategy, underpinned by a robust process of audience and stakeholder research. Jo and Lorna’s deep knowledge of the sector, expertise in branding and sheer giddy enthusiasm for this work are a winning combination – I highly recommend working with them to take your audience insight and brand strategy to the next level.
Abby Corfan, Director of Audiences, Donmar
The integration with Spektrix was seamless and the support we received was outstanding. WordPress is easy to use and very flexible. Ultimately, we have a website that reflects Harrogate Theatre: is open, accessible and welcoming. Exactly what we set out to achieve.
Kerry Maddison, Head of Sales at Harrogate Theatre.
The Belgrade is a theatre that focuses on sharing stories with its communities, and it has people at its heart, so it was great that Cog understood that from the start and subsequently brought such a human-centred approach to the technical challenges of redesigning and building our site.
Ray Clenshaw – Communications Manager, Belgrade Theatre
Supercool are a delight; creative, inventive and easy to talk to. From first contact, through Discovery and build, to Delivery and aftercare – they are always approachable, professional and on it!
Kerry Whelan – Executive Director, Frantic Assembly
You don’t rise to the level of your goals, you fall to the level of your systems. It was these systems we’d put in place that helped us navigate the crisis. Kudos to Tessitura, because of how you’ve pivoted to protect the community at this time has saved us on numerous occasions.
Ashleigh Davidson — Head of Entertainments and Exhibitions, Waterfront Hall and Ulster Hall
You’re going to find a partner who will work with you to really think differently about digital and deliver something extraordinary. The new web estate has been very well received by both the museum and its audiences and is already forming the foundations for the next phase of the Group’s digital ambitions.
John Stack, Digital Director, Science Museum Group
Working with Numiko has been as much a partnership as a client-supplier relationship. They were proactive in suggesting solutions to tricky problems and in handling out internal stakeholders successfully. The resulting website, launched on time and to budget, definitely meets our key words of “Welcoming, elegant, dynamic and authoritative”, and has been extremely well received by visitors, stakeholders and the wider museum staff and our peers.
Michael Tame, Website Programme Manager, British Museum
Supercool are a bloody delight to work with. They listen and give ideas, but more importantly, push back if they think an idea can be done in a different way. It’s a really great way of working to get something better – collaboratively. Trust them and you get rewarded.
Sam Freeman – Communications and Giving Director, Theatr Clwyd
Cog guided us through what might otherwise have been a complex and intimidating undertaking. The site captures the essence of why people come to live comedy at the Store. And they turned our complex booking procedure into a simple, intuitive online interface. We couldn’t be happier.
Sébastien Ward – Director, The Comedy Store
Helen gives trusted advice and is always transparent and even-handed, clearly explaining her relationship with CRM system suppliers. There was absolutely no agenda from that perspective and she is entirely focused on the organisation’s solution.
Shakespeare’s Globe
Having a digital platform that could both host the festival and that we felt so proud to point people to was an amazing moment for WOW. We look forward to building on the work so far.
Jude Kelly – Founder and Director, The WOW Foundation
Not only did Ticketsolve provide us with a robust and reliable ticketing system, but they also prioritised improving customer experiences. Their user-friendly interface made it easier for our patrons to navigate through the ticketing process, resulting in reduced friction and enhanced satisfaction. The intuitive design of their platform ensured that even during high-demand on-sales, our customers could easily secure their tickets without any technical hiccups.
Mandy Mills | Section Head: Venues Management | Venue Cymru
The team at Indigo worked closely with us to understand our needs as a business and craft a smart research programme to address them. The findings helped us demonstrate how arts organisations can innovate in the digital space, reach new audiences, and generate additional revenue through their digital content.
Simon Walker, Marquee TV, CEO
We introduced a new donation platform, rehoming system, events bookings, and online shop checkout. They held our hands through the entire process, and we are thrilled with the result. The website has already started to make a difference and in our first week online donations were up by 190%.
Emma Platt, Digital Fundraising & Activities Manager at The Mare & Foal Sanctuary.
Cog managed the complex process and made it feel simple…early engagement from across the organisation fed smoothly into the design and development processes, and has led to a new website the whole team is hugely proud of. We look forward to a long working partnership.
Connie Churcher – Digital Manager, Horniman Museum and Gardens
What can I say – thank you for your amazing work on our website – it has caused a great splash and has inspired me and my team. You guys are amazing.
Dan Bates – Chief Executive, Sheffield Theatres
Numiko have made us very happy. They have completely understood Eden as a destination and as a place in the heart. Their sumptuous interpretation of our journey feels biological and creaturely rather than mechanical, letting our culture speak. Beauty is life affirming and they have made Eden come alive
Sir Tim Smit KBE, Co-founder of the Eden project.
Really professional services with friendly staff who help with all sorts of aspects of recordings, and are supportive no matter what your experience is. Have been fantastic with recording footage of our shows for various trailers and also with recording Audio Description flyers for our new seasons. Absolutely would recommend!
Jack Parker, New Wolsey Theatre

Caroline Schreiber – Director of Communications, The Place
The systems are effective, robust, and easy to learn, and there’s lots of support with training as well, which is fantastic. It’s also really well set up to empower marketing departments to easily research customer behaviour and segment audiences for more effective outreach and targeted marketing of all kinds.
Jamie Patterson | General Manager | Komedia Brighton
Mobius are without doubt the best company for PR that we have worked with, which is why we have continued to collaborate with them for years. Not only is the work they do bespoke, ultra professional and high quality, they’re also a really lovely team of people to work with.
George Mann – Co-artistic Director, Ad Infinitum
Very helpful and accommodating to everything we wanted to do in the studio, great space and setup, super friendly and offers Shreddies…what more could you want?
Jamie De Smet, Camflex.
I wouldn’t any longer describe Tessitura as a service provider. Everything that we do, we do in partnership…the spirit of partnership that Tessitura brings to that, and the willingness to genuinely listen to any issues that we raise, has been genuinely at a level that I’ve not come across previously.
Peter Dickinson — Head of Communications and Audience Insight, Science Museum Group
From the outset of our relationship with them, Mobius has believed in what we do and has been fully committed to helping us tell our story to the widest possible audience across the UK. Through the support Mobius provided we have achieved increased coverage from a greater number of key titles and outlets. Furthermore, the expert advice Mobius has given us has helped us to ensure that our key messages have always been effectively communicated.

I can’t believe what you’ve pulled off. It’s utterly amazing. I’m so glad you built this website for us—it’s seamless, logical, and a cinch to use, as well as being dramatically beautiful
Gaby Wood, Director, Booker Prize Foundation
James and Pete are an amazing team! From the very first phone call I knew I was in good hands. They listened to my brief and used their experience and knowledge to take my ideas and bring them to life. Top job!
Ben Annas, Project Manager – Encore.
Adapta’s expertise and insight helped confirm what we suspected – that a step change in stakeholder engagement could only be delivered with a substantial tech upgrade, including integrated CRM, web, and digital marketing tools. However, Adapta’s real added value was in how they helped us understand how we could evolve to use data, digital and technology to support both our strategic objectives and the needs of our various audiences. We now have a focused plan of action, informed by their expert knowledge of the technology and partner landscape – and their experience of working with many similar organisations.
Tim Foxton, Finance and Operations Director, National Youth Orchestra
Mobius made sure our show was a highlight of the London Christmas calendar – liaising with LGBTQ+ and celebrity journalists as well expanding the reach into the theatre and arts press. They were responsive, understanding and able to work flexibly with us to ensure excellent coverage across the board.
Nic Connaughton – Head of Theatre, Pleasance
Grandad is a bit maverick, a bit different. Their approach is a breath of fresh air.
Katie Anderson, Warwick Arts Centre
[Tessitura] is so useful and opens up a dialogue between different departments because it’s not just a ticketing system, it is a CRM that can be used throughout the whole of the organisation.
Justin Giles — Box Office Manager, Shakespeare’s Globe.
The biggest things for me (in contrast to other systems I’ve used) are how clean and easy to use the back end is for building shows, and most of all the outstanding support.
Jodi Bailey | Sales, Ticketing and Audience Manager | Farnham Maltings
Mobius planned and delivered the marketing campaign for Shubbak 2019, London’s largest festival of contemporary Arab culture. Mobius offered a dedicated, efficient and responsive team successfully ‘juggling’ a festival-wide campaign with event-specific campaigns in collaboration with multiple venue partners.
Eckhard Thiemann – Shubbak

With a modest budget and a tight timeline, Splitpixel worked collaboratively with us to produce a website that really represents Coney. They were able to decipher what we wanted when at times we weren’t entirely sure what this was, and their communication throughout the whole process was excellent.
Kit Denison, Coney.
Having worked with Warehouse Digital on a number of projects, the professionalism of the team and the quality of the work that they produce have always been exceptional. Working with Jo and Lorna has been a game changer. Their approach is inclusive, ambitious and practical. Their work has already had a huge impact on us as an organisation and I have personally learnt so much and feel very supported. They are the perfect match and will be my first choice for future strategy projects.
Emma Power, Director of Marketing & External Relations, UCA
Ticketsolve are a fantastic company to work with and have been our ticketing and box office partner for many years. The system is very intuitive, no matter whether you’re a staff member in the back office or a customer booking online. The system is regularly updated with new features, many of which come through the Ticketsolve team listening and understanding the needs of the partner venues and organisations who use the system. The Team at Ticketsolve are super friendly and brilliant to work with! They really get to know each organisation they work with to understand their goals and ambitions to ensure everyone is getting the most out of the system and everyone can reach their potential, no matter how unique that might be!
James Randell | Front of House Manager | Falmouth University
The team at Cog carefully considered the needs of our audiences and created an entirely bespoke ‘build your day’ functionality that has transformed the way people book their tickets – minimising phone calls and upping our ticket sales. Working with Cog was a pleasure from start to finish.

I recently hired the studio to practise photography with lighting and it really went above my expectations, It’s a lovely little studio and both James and Pete are amazing. Very recommended.
Kerrianne, Theos Entertainment.
They’re a really friendly, focussed bunch who genuinely want to see your project succeed. The expertise they have in Spektrix integrations also made the process of launching a new site alongside an entirely new Box Office/CRM system so much easier than we expected. We’re over the moon with the final result, and – most importantly – we’re seeing a marked increase in online sales as customers explore our range of events.
Graham Whitehead, Head of Arts & Culture at Junction Goole.
We’re so delighted with the new site … The process has felt really collaborative, supportive and smooth – it’s been a genuine pleasure.
Vic Murray – Head of Communications, Traverse Theatre
Helen gave us confidence in navigating the complex world of venue ticketing and audience data! We engaged Helen at a critical point in the launch process of our new concert hall. She took time to understand our specific requirements whilst also being extremely responsive to our relentlessly tight deadlines.
The Tung Auditorium
Helen’s approach is thorough, thought-provoking and friendly. Helen provides guidance that is instinctive but also backed up by significant knowledge. I have known Helen for 15 years having worked with her on a number of high impact projects. Most recently, at Harewood House Trust, she has taken the business through a CRM process, which more than centring on a system procurement, considered CRM across the business with Harewood’s strategic aims in mind, helping inform our CRM ambitions and driving change.
Harewood House Trust
Supercool take the time to get to know your organisation … resulting in an understanding of both your commercial needs and the best ways to assist staff in their work.
