AMA delivers 21st Century Visitor Attractions Programme with Museum Development East Midlands

Developed by Museums Development East Midlands (MDEM) and AMA in response to the needs identified in the MDEM Business Diagnostic, 21st Century Visitor Attractions helps museums become more audience-focused, resilient and successful. 

The programme is designed to be led by a nominated member of staff, but a range of staff can take part, whether their role is dedicated to marketing or not.  

Across 5 training days, the main contact is encouraged to bring 2 or more team members, to make sure the whole team is benefitting from the experience and committed to change. After each training day comes a period of implementation, with support from trainers to help troubleshoot and support. 

Only 6 museums will be taking part in this programme ensuring that the experience is tailored to the needs of your organisation.
