Jane Macpherson Consulting


A highly experienced Arts and Culture leader, I work with teams and individuals on team development and strategy. Whether that’s to untangle a significant challenge or develop a new audiences strategy. I’ve 25 years’ experience in senior roles leading large in-house teams & strategic delivery including at Sadler’s Wells, Almeida Theatre and The Lowry.

I’m a digital advisor role for Arts Council England / Bloomberg Digital Accelerator Programme mentoring individuals in organisations to drive digital and cultural transformation. I’m a Baker Richards associate, and a director of Alleyne&, a small strategy People & Culture consultancy. I’m a qualified executive coach, and chair of Icon Theatre, a community theatre company in Kent, and a fellow of RSA and CIM.
