I’ve spent 20 years in the arts, cultural and software sectors, bridging the gap between humanity and technology. My career has always involved empowering people to make the most of the tools at their disposal, whether that was as CRM Systems Manager at National Theatre, Product Specialist at Tessitura Network or most recently leading adoption events at Spektrix.
I started working with teams and individuals on AI because I kept seeing the same pattern – smart, capable people with access to powerful tools, held back by a lack of confidence, capacity and inspiration. To date I have trained hundreds of individuals across the arts, culture, and software sectors, from first-time prompters to marketing directors building custom workflows, and have seen participant confidence levels increase by 22%.
