Vision for Access CIC
Vision for Access CIC is a social enterprise led by people with lived experience of sight loss. Our mission is simple: to make accessibility the norm, not the exception. We believe that when organisations design and deliver inclusively, blind and partially sighted people can thrive and everyone benefits.
We work with charities, businesses, and public services to help them understand what accessibility really looks like in practice. Through audits, training, and practical guidance, we identify barriers and provide clear, achievable solutions. Our approach is grounded in professional expertise and personal insight, ensuring that the changes we recommend are meaningful, realistic, and impactful.
Alongside this, we produce easy-to-use resources that support organisations to get the basics right, from website accessibility to clear communication. We also deliver free programmes that empower people with sight loss to build confidence, develop skills, and access opportunities. This balance of outward-facing services and community support ensures our work delivers value at every level.
As a Community Interest Company, all profits are reinvested into projects that directly benefit the sight loss community. By choosing to work with us, organisations are not only improving their own accessibility but also contributing to wider social change.
