I’ve been using Ticketsolve for many years and feel very connected to the company. The product itself has changed a lot in this time; it has become much more instinctive and easy to use. They are constantly innovating and updating the system, and the training is excellent. When I started 6 years ago, TS was a useful system that I felt comfortable with after some in-house training. These days, it is a very different beast; it is much more proactive and feels like a market leader. Ticketsolve is an amazing box office and ticketing system to work with due to its intuitive design, friendly and always amazingly helpful team, and its ease of use. On the very rare occasions I have had an issue they have always been quick to help, offering solutions and alterative that have worked wonderful. Personally, I really enjoy the customisation that can be completed through the reporting tab to explore a range of data points and how often they are including updates to the system. Its been wonderful working with the system and the friendly team!
