Opera North: Using email automation to attract new audiences
Opera North’s Try It ON programme, launched in 2019, combines dotdigital automation with creative content and a physical welcome pack to attract new audiences to opera at their base in Leeds. By understanding the unique needs of this segment of their new audience, and taking time to embrace automated email programmes, Opera North saw almost a third of those who signed up turn into first time attendees.
