Ticketsolve is a great system. The main upside for me is the level of customer service we’ve received. If we’ve ever had questions, or in rare instances a problem has occurred, the team have been quick to respond and extremely helpful. The Ticketsolve team are always working on the system to make it the best it can be, and these updates have allowed us to personalise the platform to our needs. I would say that Ticketsolve is the best ticketing system I have ever worked with, and I would highly recommend it.
