Toni has over 20 years’ experience of working in PR, marketing and communications within the private, public and third sectors. Her current role is Head of Marketing and Communications at Awen Cultural Trust, a registered charity, based in South Wales. Awen’s wide-reaching portfolio of venues and services include theatres – the Grand Pavilion in Porthcawl, Maesteg Town Hall, the Met in Abertillery and Muni in Pontypridd – together with Bridgend county borough’s library service, a country park, community centres, and two training projects for adults with learning disabilities. Awen’s trading arm manages a wedding venue and cafés at our theatres.
Outside of work, Toni is married with three children. She is a member of Porthcawl Running Club and enjoys the weekly Parkrun along the seafront. She is also a member of the local Rock Choir.
I am delighted to be working with the AMA as a Regional Associate and look forward to meeting and sharing ideas with colleagues across Wales.
