Reaching New Audiences

Accessible by Design will provide 2 bursaries that cover the full cost of  Reaching New Audiences 2024.

Accessible by Design bursaries are open to anyone working in the arts, culture and heritage sector who needs financial support to attend Reaching New Audiences. This includes both AMA members and non-members. 

All applicants must meet at least one of the following criteria:  

  • You identify as blind, visually impaired, D/deaf, disabled or neurodivergent 
  • You are an individual or member of an organisation working within disability arts  
  • You work in a diversity-focused role and/or for a diverse-led organisation 
  • You are an individual from a culturally and/or ethnically diverse background (including, but not limited to, the 9 protected characteristics identified by the Equality Act 2010: age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, and sexual orientation)

The AMA and Accessible by Design will assess each application and the AMA will email all applicants with a final decision in the week commencing 5 August 2024.

— If you have already paid for a place at Reaching New Audiences 2024, you will be offered a refund upon receipt of a bursary

— The AMA and Accessible by Design will request successful applicants to provide feedback, that may be used for marketing purposes, on their experience of Reaching New Audiences
