Programmes

Audience Diversity Academy

Audience Diversity Academy (ADA) was a programme which AMA ran for 4 years. We’ve overhauled the programme for 2021, and its new incarnation is Show Up, for leaders looking to develop their own skills to enable more diverse organisations and audiences.

We’re proud of the impact ADA achieved, and the work our delegates enabled. Delegates shared their learning in blogs and vlogs — find out more about ADA’s legacy.
