Mark Wright has spent the last ten years helping leaders and their teams achieve clarity, purpose and performance. With a background, both in the arts and commercial sectors, he works both nationally and internationally with clients from a wide range of sectors, including telecoms, chemicals, logistics, IT, retail, theatre and dance.
He founded People Create Limited in 2007 after working for the charity Arts & Business and then Head of Leadership Development, Diversity & Inclusion for the accountancy firm, Ernst & Young. Amongst his current projects, he is responsible for designing and delivering the Graduate Leadership Programme for the Royal Mail Group and the the Global Talent Programme for Arla Foods.
In the cultural sector, Mark created and facilitated key elements of British Council Australia’s highly acclaimed Accelerate Leadership Programme for indigenous emerging leaders, and has also recently been coaching Arts Fundraising Fellows supported by Cause4.
Mark has enjoyed working with the Arts Marketing Association for a number of years, delivering workshops, conference presentations and magazine articles across a range of topics including leading change, fostering an innovation culture and influencing upwards.
