Jon has been a copywriter for 20 years. He was head of brand language at BT for a decade – setting writing strategy, training 25,000 people, managing editors, winning awards and saving £millions.
Jon has a Masters in Creative Writing and guest lectures at Lancaster University Management School on a number of their BA and MA courses. He has presented and run workshops on writing to brands like BT Group, Royal Bank of Scotland, EE, Great Ormond Street Hospital and CR UK.
He got 300 people at once crafting gothic literature and showed the secrets of brilliant editing to 1,500 people simultaneously in a live web tutorial. Recently he’s helped Ermenegildo Zegna, Sasa Demarle, Groupe Chantelle, Colt and AA get the most from their language all over the world.
