Emilie Barton is a professional Marketeer with a specialism in Dance. After getting her BA Hons in Dance Studies from Roehampton University, Emilie worked on Front of House at Pavilion Dance South West (PDSW) working her way up to Marketing Coordinator in 2017. In this role she manages design, print and digital work – putting analytics and audience at the heart of her work. She is currently devising a new digital strategy for PDSW whilst undertaking the AMA Digital fellowship. Emilie enjoys following her own dance practice in performance, teaching and choreography which incorporates the use of somatics and voice. After being selected for The Speaking Dancer: Interdisciplinary Performance Training (SDIPT) and the Young Choreographers South West programme – Emilie’s passion for both dance and marketing make her an exciting emerging innovator in both fields.
