Deena came to arts marketing from a music and theatre background, interning at the Barbican after researching their BITE theatre programme for a Masters dissertation. She had a number of roles within their marketing department, most recently as Membership Marketing Executive, project managing a relaunch for the scheme in late 2014. In 2015 she took up the role of Marketing Officer for Brighton Dome & Brighton Festival. After some time off to have her daughter, she is now back at work looking after access, family, creative learning and community marketing strands for the organisation.
