What is it about?
This session is about inspiring people at all levels to action small ideas and changes to contribute to the bigger picture.
Trinity Laban attended AMA conference 2019 and went away buzzing with ideas, fresh thinking and great case study examples from their peers — then they got back to their desks, to the annual marketing life cycle and to the daily grind.
This session explores what they did to make the time to make changes, experiment and test out their new learning.
“We reviewed, we rewrote, we tweaked and we tried — and in this session we’ll tell you more and give you the skills to do this on your return to work too”.
What will I gain?
— Ways to make practical changes as a result of learning from the conference
— The confidence to experiment and test out ideas without fear of failure
— Ways to create the conditions and space for small changes to happen alongside the day-to-day
Who is it for?
This is a Practical/Strategic session, aimed at early-mid career level delegates.
