Strategic Partnerships Manager — Arts Marketing Association

£27,000 – £34,500, depending on experience.
Home working and / or from our office in Cambridge
Part-time permanent post, approximately 32 hours per week.

The AMA is a training and membership organisation working with some of the most exciting arts and cultural organisations across the UK.

We’re seeking an entrepreneurial person to join the team as our Strategic Partnerships Manager. You will be enthusiastic about developing opportunities to increase corporate income for the AMA (e.g. sponsorship, event exhibitions, and partnerships) to drive forward our vision and support our members.

You will be able to independently initiate, build and sustain long-term relationships with a diverse mix of businesses and partners. You will have experience of managing and meeting financial targets, and bring strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. You will understand the value of sponsorship and brand-alignment, and able to articulate and negotiate mutually beneficial partnership agreements.

This is an opportunity to make a real difference to the AMA, while also building profile, skills, knowledge and an enviable network of contacts.
