Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive with a passion for the arts and culture sector. This entry to mid-level role is ideal for someone eager to start a career in sales and make a significant impact. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to nurture relationships, drive interest, and schedule demos for our Peppered CMS. No previous sales experience is required, making this a perfect opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will identify and reach out to potential leads in the arts and culture sector, using a blend of traditional sales strategies. Building and maintaining relationships with industry contacts will be crucial as you develop tailored proposals that highlight our product’s value. You’ll collaborate with team members to refine outreach strategies, track and report on sales activities, and manage our sales pipeline using CRM tools like Freshsales and Additionally, you will conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies, assist with upselling opportunities, and represent CultureSuite at events and conferences.
