Assembly Hall Theatre is a 1,000-seat, multi-purpose venue in the heart of Tunbridge Wells in Kent.

As a member of the Culture management team, the Sales and Marketing Manager will play an important role in realising the cultural vision at both a strategic and operational level and establish an overarching Marketing campaign for the theatre, the Amelia, creative learning and ice rink.
The post-holder will lead on a cost effective Sales and Marketing campaign in support of the Culture team’s growth and aspirations of greater community use and to build the foundations of a sales’ focused commercial department for the future, generating ongoing sustainable income and increasing long term support with a view to reducing future subsidy.
