Marketing Officer (Audience Development) — Marlowe Theatre
Permanent – Full Time (40 hours per week)
The Marlowe, Canterbury is one of this country’s most successful large-scale independent theatres, with a 1,200-seat Theatre, a 150-seat Studio and The Marlowe Kit, an 800-year-old building which we plan to transform into a learning centre.
We present a year-round programme of touring productions across a range of artforms. We also have ambitions to produce work at all scales alongside the presented programme. Supporting artists and developing the creative lives of the next generation are central to our vision and mission.
We are seeking a dynamic marketing professional to deliver our audience development strategy, ensuring that our work is accessible to everyone in our community.
The postholder will be passionate about equality and diversity and a brilliant people person, confident in building relationships with audiences and stakeholders from a wide range of backgrounds. They will also be some who loves a challenge!
