A vacancy has arisen for a Marketing Manager at Bletchley Park to work as an integral part of the Communications team. We are looking for someone to continue to grow and evolve the Bletchley Park brand in order to raise awareness and increase brand profile and equity, as well as drive ticket sales and maximise income generation.
As an experienced Marketeer, reporting to the Head of Communications, you will manage all external advertising and media buying for the organisation, act as editor and owner of the website and ensure the Bletchley Park brand values and visual identity are embedded across all marketing channels (both on and offline). You will also manage and support the professional development of the Communications and Marketing Assistant.
Experience of working in a busy fast-paced environment with an interest in heritage is essential. You will demonstrate superb communication skills, with the ability to be confident, patient and articulate when communicating at all levels. Attention to detail and excellent written skills are also crucial, as is comprehensive IT skills, including Photoshop, InDesign and WordPress. Some experience of brand licensing and travel trade marketing would also be very advantageous.
