Salary: £34,000 to £36,000
The AAM is looking to recruit a dynamic and creative Marketing and Audience Engagement Manager who will play a pivotal role at an exciting period in AAM’s history.
The Marketing and Audience Engagement Manager is responsible for developing innovative and creative marketing campaigns for our concerts in London and Cambridge to ensure that targets for ticket sales and income are met. In addition, the post-holder works closely with the Concerts and Education teams to engage our current audiences and to develop new audiences, enriching their experiences and broadening their understanding of our work.
This includes; commissioning the most relevant speakers for pre-concert talks and writers for concert programmes; generating a range of digital content for use online via the AAM’s website and social media channels; analysing box office data and post-concert feedback and using the insights to drive improvements to our marketing and communication activity; curating content and support for concert venues and promoters; and producing a range of printed materials to support our activity.
Support is also provided for the orchestra’s AAMplify ticket scheme for the under-26s, which encourages a growing number of younger people to attend our concerts.
This role additionally supports the launch of new releases on AAM Records (the orchestra’s in-house record label), project-managing all new releases in addition to maximising sales and impact from the back-catalogue.
