The Head of Communications will strategically lead a four strand customer focused Communications team that is innovative, data-led and results driven.
If you are a successful team leader, with experience of staff development, conflict resolution and change management, and have an understanding of the role that a thriving arts provision offers to a community, this could be the role for you.
You should have at least five years’ previous leadership, sales or marketing experience, experience of strategic planning and managing complex budgets.
