Salary: £21,000 – £22,414 pro rata, with potential progression once in post to £27,268

Play a crucial role in spreading the word about the Barber – the Midlands’ own mini National Gallery. As an ambitious early career arts marketer keen to make their mark, you’ll be joining a small but energetic communications and marketing team to create and deliver a wide range of innovative messaging across all channels, digital and traditional – encompassing social media, web and email, print, advertising, PR – the whole gamut! You’ll also have the opportunity to research, adapt and adopt new opportunities and ideas, benchmarking throughout and beyond the sector, helping us engage with our diverse audiences and help them discover and enjoy one of the UK’s most prestigious regional art museums. You’ll be a creative thinker, with a demonstable interest in, and knowledge of, art and museums; possess a talent for all things digital, a passion for communications; a flair for content, excellent communications skills and a desire to innovate.
