Account Manager – Touring — Dewynters
As Account Manager you will join our team of 6 reporting into the Head of Touring. You will manage the day-to-day running of the account. You will be working with a portfolio of world-class brands bringing people together – at the theatre, concerts, and exhibitions. Therefore the ideal candidate will be able to build strong relationships with clients and acts as a trusted partner to help achieve our vision. The role includes regular UK travel, visiting venues, shows and partners and may include some international travel (notice given).
As the Touring Account Manager you be able to come in and work with your accounts, namely musicals, plays and other events / projects as their first point of call. Your ability to build trust and relationships will enable you to provide outstanding service. Day to day you will be planning the campaign strategy for these shows and events with our wider team and the regional venues. This could include presenting to clients, fulfilling campaigns, and working closely with our collaborative team. Budget management is necessary as you take on the responsibility for assigned shows/projects.
Your transferrable skills in marketing, project management and campaign planning will stand you well in this busy role. Meticulous attention to detail will enable you to do great work. You will be a creative problem solver and able to show initiative as well as determined self-starter, with a flexible working attitude, and the ability to think on your feet and juggle conflicting priorities. You will be a team player, with the ability to work under pressure, within a multi-faceted team, in a busy and constantly changing environment – whilst delivering a highly professional service with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
