What is it about?

Award-winning podcaster, Hannah Hethmon, will lead you step-by-step through every aspect of podcast production. This entertaining, high-energy session will cover the minimum skills, knowledge and costs needed to produce a podcast in-house. Discover how best to develop a concept, the equipment you need and how to record, edit and market your podcast.

Participants will leave with an overview of everything that goes into podcasting. You’ll have a baseline knowledge to build upon to create your own.

Hannah Hethmon | Consultant and Producer | H. Hethmon Consulting

Hannah Hethmon a consultant and producer specializing in podcasting for cultural nonprofits. She is the host and producer of Museums in Strange Places, a podcast that explores the world through its museums. She is also the author of Your Museum Needs a Podcast: A Step-By-Step Guide to Podcasting on a Budget for Museums, History Organizations, and Cultural Nonprofits. Originally from the Washington, D.C. region, Hannah has an MA in Viking and Medieval Studies from the University of Iceland and lives in London.
