Hi, I’m Zahida!

I’m a Mindset and Leadership Coach, with over 20 years’ experience of the cultural sector.

More than half of my Arts Marketing career was in senior roles, specialising in Marketing, Communications, and Sales. I bring an understanding of Arts Marketing, and more widely the cultural sector as a whole, to my coaching. I understand the demands of senior management, juggling conflicting priorities with little peer support, as well as the pressures of being new in post and having to hit the ground running.

I’m passionate about helping people, especially women, take their careers to the next level. I love working with clients from the creative sector who want more from their professional lives.

Whether you’re just starting out in a new role, navigating organisational change or already a leader. I’ll work with you to uncover what’s holding you back and find straightforward ways to build confidence and make changes.

I help people at all levels, from Marketing Assistants, to Heads of Departments and CEOs. My goal is to help you gain better insight into yourself and your work environment, to become aware of opportunities, and to make the choices that serve you best.

My qualifications/experience include:

  • Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Association of Executive Coaches
  • ILM Level 7 Certificate in Coaching from RD1st
  • Currently working towards ICF accreditation
  • I have significant experience in Career Coaching for women, including marginalised women
