I’m Olivia Parker, a freelance arts marketing consultant with over 16 years of experience helping cultural organisations grow their audiences, increase footfall and generate income. Based in North Norfolk, I work with arts and heritage organisations and small creative businesses across the UK – from high-level strategy right through to hands-on, day-to-day delivery.

My background is rooted in the sector. I’ve held senior marketing roles at Watts Gallery – Artists’ Village, Dulwich Picture Gallery and Waddesdon Manor (National Trust), giving me a deep understanding of the pressures, priorities and possibilities that cultural organisations face. At Watts Gallery I achieved a 61% increase in admissions, and at Waddesdon I grew visitor numbers by 24% – from 370,000 to over 460,000 – through integrated, data-led marketing. I’m now putting that senior expertise to work for organisations and businesses that need flexible, experienced support without the overhead of a full-time hire.
