Your AI resolutions for 2027
Start 2027 by stepping back and taking a look at how AI is shaping the way you work.
By now you’re probably using AI. Perhaps daily, sometimes openly and other times a little more quietly. Yes, it helps us move faster and get work done, but is it changing something else?
Do you feel it could be changing how you think and create? Has it changed what you choose you trust?
This session with Paul Blundell, Head of Digital Research and Development at the Arts Marketing Association, is a practical series of short exercises and provocations designed to help you decide your AI resolutions for 2027. Which skills you need and which behaviours you may want to leave behind.
Together we’ll explore:
- What you are currently outsourcing to AI and whether you feel comfortable with it.
- Where AI is genuinely helping and where it may be replacing your thinking.
- Whether efficiency is improving your work or helping you avoid harder thinking.
- What might be becoming less confident in your output
- Where you could be using AI more deliberately to support your work.
You will be guided through a series of simple exercises and prompts* to define your own AI resolutions, including:
- Where you want to start using AI more intentionally.
- What you want to take back and protect in your work
- Which skills you need to strengthen.
It is about deciding how you work alongside AI without losing your self or your confidence.
*Please bring along your choice of AI tool: Claude, ChatGPT, CoPilot, Gemini etc.
Who it’s for:
Anyone working in marketing and communications who is already using AI and wants to feel more in control of how it is shaping their work.
