What is it about?
With Covid-19 prompting changes to our working practices for a while, change and challenge is all around us.
This webinar offers some time out to think about personal wellbeing; how to look after yourself and your team in times of stress; supporting your colleagues, asking for help, and how to focus on the positive in times of change.

Colin Beesting | Co-Founder | Creative Freedon
Colin has worked in arts organisations for many years, was formerly a director at Arts Council England and headed up marketing at the BFI. He now also works in change management and communications in the NHS.
Along with associate Chris Lewis, Colin founded Creative Freedom in 2018 – one of the only organisations in the UK offering mental health and wellbeing training, targeted specifically at the creative and cultural sectors. They deliver whole-organisation training, training days where individuals can join a small group of peers to learn together and bite-sized wellbeing primers like today’s session.
