What is it about?
How well do you know your online audience? Do you spend as much time considering their digital user journey as their physical one? At this online workshop you will discover what ‘user experience’ (UX) really means – for your organisation and your audiences.
Daniel will explore how to create excellent user journeys and the best ways to improve the experience you offer your website visitors.
This session will help you develop an understanding of your online audiences and inspire you with examples from other organisations already providing theirs with a great user experience.
