Regional Meeting — London

31 March @ 3:00 pm 4:30 pm

Online Meeting

Decentralised EDI Approaches

The push and pull factors of organisational changemaking

As we move towards social justice and equity across all aspects of our work, is there a cost to equitable changemaking?

This informal session will explore decentralised EDI (Equality, Diversity & Inclusion) approaches with a view to creating organisational shifts. We encourage sharing experiences, learning and perspectives on equitable approaches that are working well.

This online meeting will be hosted by London Regional Associate Sandra Shakespeare, Director of Museum X and EDI consultant working with museums, arts and heritage sectors.

Joining Sandra is Equalities Designer and Researcher, Natasha Trotman.

AMA regional meetings are a great chance to meet, connect and learn with arts and culture professionals in your region.
