Regional Meeting — London

17 October @ 12:30 pm 2:00 pm

Online Meeting

Is Going Viral a Useful KPI?

‘Can you just, like, make us go viral?’

You’ve gone viral, amazing! But after a week, your engagement is still the same.

What now?

In this regional meeting, Florence Bell (Social Media and Digital Content Manager at the Young Vic) will break down what’s helpful (and what’s not) when it comes to setting goals for what you want your organisation to achieve on social media.

She will explain why a viral post won’t always result in higher engagement and what you should be focusing on to make sure you’re increasing your reach as well as upping your online audience.

Florence will look into different measures of success and objectives, and explore how focussing on different metrics can help you succeed on social media.

This online meeting, hosted by Steph Cullen, will give you the opportunity to delve into your social media strategy and work out some tweaks to help you achieve your KPIs.

AMA regional meetings are a great chance to meet, connect and learn with arts and culture professionals in your region.

How do I take part?

We will be using an online meeting platform Zoom for this event.

Before booking, please read our online training checklist to ensure you get the most out of this training.
