Recording of User Journeys on your Website

12 December @ 10:00 am 11:30 am

Book this recording to learn at a time that suits you.

How to create a better experience for your audiences

User experience (UX) is all about creating the best possible experience for people using your website. It’s about understanding your audiences better and creating simple processes and solutions that meet their needs, whilst also helping you achieve your business goals.

In this recording of an upcoming webinar, you’ll learn how to apply some principles of UX thinking to your organisation’s website to create an accessible, efficient and inclusive digital experience for your audience.

This session will:

  • Explore content design and how to create web pages and emails that meet your audience’s needs
  • Introduce you to customer journey mapping, and how to use this to create a better online experience
  • Help you identify useful metrics that give you insight into what aspects of your audience’s online experience to prioritise

Any prior knowledge/experience needed to benefit from this session?

A general awareness of the following would be beneficial, but not essential:

  • User centred design
  • How your organisation understands its key audiences
  • Online metrics

How do I take part?
