This session will:
- Explore the importance of UX in 2021
- Enable you to provide a great overall experience on your website, based on your audience’s needs and your resources
- Help you create excellent user journeys across different devices
- Show you how to analyse your metrics to build the experience

Those with little to no understanding of UX. This session will start from the beginning and build up.
