Recording of Reconnecting with your Audiences

April 13 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am

Book this recording to learn at at time that suits you.

Book this recording to learn at at time that suits you.

This webinar will help you create a framework for mapping your audiences and their needs.

You will leave this session with tools to help you plan how to re-engage audiences in a way that makes them take notice and feel safe.

Our audiences have evolved over the past year. As our organisations begin to reopen, we need to reassess how we communicate with them. This will allow us to continue to build healthy, long-lasting relationships with them.

This session will:

  • Help you recognise who your audiences are and whether Covid-19 has changed them
  • Enable you to reflect on the relevance of your pre-2020 target audiences and segmentation methods
  • Give you time to consider how your audience strategy needs to evolve going forward

You can take a deeper dive into this subject at the workshop Reconnecting with your Audiences – In Depth.

Who will benefit the most from this session?

Those who have some understanding of audience engagement, planning and strategy.

How do I take part?

You will be sent a link to the recording of this webinar after 13 April.

You will then have access to the recording for 6 weeks, so you can learn in your own time.
