Laura is an experienced Venue Director and Sales Manager with a 16-year history of working in the entertainment industry. Skilled in Theatre Management, Programming, Senior Level People Management, Event Management, Budget Managing and Marketing and Sales. As Director for Swindon Theatres, Laura has implemented strategies that place the wellbeing and safeguarding of venue staff at the centre of Business Planning and day-to-day practices. Outside of running two busy venues, Laura can be found exploring outdoors with her active 10-year old son.
