What is it about?

We all produce email newsletters — weekly, fortnightly or monthly bite-size chunks of information. We mention our events, programmes, organisational activities and fundraising campaigns.

But do they provide value to our audiences? Are we using this channel to tell our stories? Do they go straight in the trash?

Sam will talk about how to get the best from your email newsletters. Learn how to provide value for your audiences using curated content. Discover how to tell your story when promoting your own work and opportunities.
