What is it about?

We all produce email newsletters — weekly, fortnightly or monthly bite-size chunks of information. We mention our events, programmes, organisational activities and fundraising campaigns.

But do they provide value to our audiences? Are we using this channel to tell our stories? Do they go straight in the trash?

Sam will talk about how to get the best from your email newsletters. Learn how to provide value for your audiences using curated content. Discover how to tell your story when promoting your own work and opportunities.

What will I gain?

— Advice on crafting calls to action that work

— Practical knowledge on how to use email analytics and A/B testing to inform decisions

— Tips and tricks from organisations in the cultural sector and beyond

Who is it for?

Those responsible for creating and sending your organisation’s newsletters — and eager to have a higher open and engagement rate.

How do I take part?

We will be using an online training platform called WebEx for this event. Before booking, please complete our online training checklist to ensure you get the most out of this training.
