Measurement to Momentum – cutting through the data noise to focus on what really matters

What if your website data could drive real change?

Catherine Warwick, Client Partnership Lead at Numiko, will show you how. She’ll explain how to define success based on purpose, set KPIs (key performance indicators) that link online engagement to real-world outcomes, and use dashboards to track what really matters to your organisation.

Perhaps most important of all, she’ll demonstrate how to turn those insights into action – using benchmarks and targets to generate momentum and improve website performance.

This webinar will provide you with a framework that draws a direct line from your organisation’s mission to the specific actions needed to move the needle on website performance.

You will learn how to use a practical framework for defining KPIs that connect your website to real-world outcomes, not just traffic numbers. And, you’ll discover why sector averages are largely useless for arts organisations, and how to use your own data to set targets that drive genuine improvement.

You will leave with an understanding of:

  • How to stop measuring what’s easy and start measuring what matters.
  • Setting benchmarks that actually mean something.
  • Turning data into a clear action plan.

How do I take part?
