What is it about?

This online workshop focuses on how to have successful conversations with your senior colleagues.

You will gain the confidence you need to prepare a persuasive business case, pitch proposals and gain buy-in for your ideas. You’ll also get the chance to polish up your negotiation skills using realistic scenarios.

What will I gain?

— Strategies for influencing and negotiating

Who is it for?

This workshop is for anyone who’d like to be more confident in carrying out effective negotiations and getting buy-in for their ideas.

How do I take part?

We will be using an online training platform called WebEx for this event. Before booking, please complete our online training checklist to ensure you get the most out of this training.
