What is it about?
This online workshop focuses on how to have successful conversations with your senior colleagues. You will gain the confidence you need to prepare a persuasive business case, pitch proposals and gain buy-in for your ideas. You’ll also get the chance to polish up your negotiation skills using realistic scenarios.

Who is it for?
This workshop is for anyone who’d like to be more confident in carrying out effective negotiations and getting buy-in for their ideas.

Auriel Majumdar | Creative Business Coach and Change Management Consultant
Auriel Majumdar is a Creative Coach and Consultant with more than 20 years’ experience working in organisations as manager, strategist and change maker. In her coaching practice, Auriel specialises in business, leadership and personal development in the creative sector. Her coaching and facilitation practice has a particular emphasis on the use of creative techniques to challenge individuals and groups to achieve the changes they want.
Her qualifications include a BSc. in Psychology from Durham University and an MSc. in Coaching and Mentoring from Sheffield Hallam University and she is proud to be a qualified Time To Think coach. She is currently undertaking Doctoral research for a PhD in Professional Development: Psychological Perspectives with University of Canterbury Christchurch and the Professional Development Foundation, researching the connections between Coaching and Art.
Auriel is a lecturer on the MSc. Coaching and Mentoring programme at Sheffield Hallam University.
