Managing a Team — Workshop

15 March, 2022 @ 11:00 am 2:00 pm

This workshop is limited to 25 people

This workshop explores how to get the best from your team through effective communication. It follows on directly from the webinar Managing a Team — difficult work conversations

Taking a holistic view of line management can help get the best from your team and achieve your organisational goals. By understanding that your thoughts create the feelings that create your actions, you can begin to unpick the elements of your responses that are hindering your success.

Through practical scenario-based exercises, this workshop will help you become comfortable with difficult conversations, so you can steer discussions in a way that achieve the results you want.

This session will:

  • Provide tools to help you navigate difficult conversations
  • Explore how to manage a team effectively when each person has their own individual challenges
  • Offer space for self-reflection, raising awareness of how you naturally respond in difficult situations
  • Help you identify your historical patterns of behaviour and how to make an alternative choice
  • Outline ways to celebrate your team’s success

This workshop follows on from the webinar Managing a Team — difficult work conversations
