What is it about?
An intensive, practical mix of tactical problem solving and strategic focus. All to help you succeed in getting more audiences doing what you want on your website.
Learn key concepts and digital tips to increase the impact of your work on websites and other digital assets. Gain confidence as we demystify the technical, share short-cuts and upskill your website-wrangling abilities.
The sessions cover hands-on advice for quick wins, as well as looking at what you need to know about compliance, accessibility and getting buy-in internally.
We’ll look at:
- how you can use design-thinking, user experience and content marketing to achieve your aims.
- how to get great results whatever your budget (or lack of).
- managing technical projects for the non-technical.
- SEO, data-driven website marketing and more.
Plus you’ll get chance to get new perspectives and problem-solve through group exercises.
You’ll leave with a better understanding of your audiences, what they want, and how you can give it to them.
All participants get resources to support learning that they can take away and use. You will leave able to cut through jargon, focus on what works, and feel confident to get stuck in.
