What is it about?

We’ve never seen a global situation quite like this before. With venue closures, event postponements, funding challenges and uncharted re-openings, the one thing that will sustain you through all of this? The loyalty of your audience members. It’s that strong sense of loyalty that motivates them to stick with you through even the worst times.

In this session, we will explore the psychology of loyalty and how to convert research in this field to actionable strategies in your organisation, especially during a pandemic. You’ll explore intrinsic versus extrinsic motivation, relationship building, establishing trust, and the powerful effect of transparency and effort in personal communications.

Ron will support you setting behavioural goals, exploring what you’d like to achieve with your audience and how to action this. All with objective measurements of success. You’ll leave knowing what obstacles to success may occur when building audience loyalty — and how you can overcome these.
