What is it about?

Delve into Google Analytics and explore the questions you should be asking of your data.

Devon will show you how to optimise your time finding what you’re looking for within your statistics.

Get to grips with new techniques to use on the platform so you can confidently report on your digital activity.

Spend less time getting lost in Google Analytics and more time analysing — and acting upon — appropriate results.

Those who have some understanding and experience of working with the basics of Google Analytics but feel they could be making more of the tool.

We will be using an online training platform called WebEx for this event. Before booking, please complete our online training checklist to ensure you get the most out of this training.

Trainer

Devon Smith | Co-founder | Measure Creative

Devon is the co-founder of Measure Creative, a 2-person digital studio based in Portland, Oregon that helps nonprofit organizations understand their audiences and become better storytellers. We believe in balancing human-centered thinking with data-driven insights, and are currently working with clients such as International Committee of the Red Cross, Earthjustice, James Irvine Foundation, and Portland’s Centers for the Arts.

She was formerly the director of analytics at Threespot, with a portfolio of clients including the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Ford’s Theatre, and the Smithsonian. Earlier in her career, Devon worked at Actors Theatre of Louisville, Corporation for Public Broadcasting, Roundabout Theatre Company, and the World Science Festival. She has been a featured speaker at dozens of arts and technology conferences across the US, UK, and Australia, and has been an AMA CultureHive mentor for the past three years. Devon holds two bachelor degrees from the University of Washington and an MBA and MFA from Yale University.
