Keith Arrowsmith | Solicitor | Counterculture
Keith is a solicitor providing charity law and governance advice. He qualified as a solicitor in 1995, and has since been helping charities and other individuals and organisations in the cultural, creative, heritage, educational and media sectors. He provides guidance and assistance on intellectual property, data protection, confidentiality, freedom of information, business law, contracts, website regulations and charity law.
Keith is a Governance Associate for the Clore Leadership Programme. His research includes the effect on charity law of the Charity Governance Code. He is a member of the Charity Law Association and was recommended in the independent publications, 2019 Legal 500 and 2020 Legal 500.
