Foolproof Project Management

What is it about?

This session will take you through the key elements of foolproof project management. You’ll learn how to set clear aims, create SMART objectives, what stakeholder engagement means, set your budget, coordinate your team and manage risks. You will explore the tools and techniques to plan and schedule your projects, manage your project team and assess the risks. Discover the 10 key steps to successful project management.

Who is it for?

This session is for people who are managing several projects at once and would like some tools to plan and deliver ‘foolproof’ projects. Whether brushing up on their skills, or learning afresh.

We will be using an online training platform called WebEx for this event. Before booking, please complete our online training checklist to ensure you get the most out of this training.
