What is it about?

Do you spend lots of time and budget trying to reach families? Once they are through your door, do you have trouble gaining their repeat business? In this online workshop, Kate will help you identify key areas of opportunity for attracting and retaining a family audience.

This workshop will focus on understanding how to market events to families — and how to provide a welcome and experience they are more likely to enjoy. There will be advice on the customer journey and effective marketing for showcasing your offer and space for families.
