Digital Exclusion and your Audiences
29 June @ 10:00 am – 11:30 am
Live Webinar
This webinar explores how you can engage with digitally excluded audiences.
Due to tightening budgets and increased interest in sustainability, many cultural organisations have moved to a digital-only approach to marketing.
However, this approach doesn’t work for everyone. It’s important to understand the nuances of digital exclusion, so we can target resources and connect with our audiences in ways that work for them.
This session will:
- Explore the meaning of digital exclusion/digital poverty
- Examine the types of audiences that might be excluded and why
- Help you identify your digitally excluded audiences
- Offer ideas for reaching your digitally excluded audiences
- Show you how to measure the impact of your approach and actions
Any prior knowledge/experience needed to benefit from this session?
