Dealing with Imposter Syndrome

8 June @ 10:00 am 11:30 am

Live Webinar

This webinar explores Imposter Syndrome and how you can tackle it.

Feeling like an imposter is something most of us have experienced at some point in our careers. It sounds like a cliché but it really can stop us in our tracks and stop us flourishing in the way we want to.

This relaxed and interactive webinar will support you to reflect on your experiences of feeling like you’re going to be ‘found out’, and help you develop strategies for feeling the fear and doing it anyway.

This session will:

  • Explore what Imposter Syndrome actually is and how it shows up
  • Help you identify how it gets in your way and what triggers it
  • Provide strategies for tackling it and building your confidence

Who will benefit the most from this session?

Anyone who has a willingness to reflect on their working life and explore the things that challenge them.

How do I take part?

We will be using an online training platform called WebEx for this event.
